I do not attack him! He blocked my corrections with 0 reasons! He is attacking me because he is unprofessional!!!!!!! He personally attached me to one stupid man like he! I do not know any one in wiki! Historyofiran must be suspended because he violates wiki rules to be patient and respectful. But he does not! That's it! Please investigate our messaging and you will find that he is wrong!!!! Mhalifa (talk) 01:22, 6 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I just found a nice painting related to the article about Juansher + one interesting article of the author, to which Historyofiran has personal hate. Why I don't know? The painting is from the National History Museum of Azerbaijan. However, Historyofiran replied that they are not reliable sources. Why? He just state it and he did not understand my explanations, threating me to block my account! You can check the painting and found that it is from the official institution and is unique and describes Juansher as brave soldier and commander!!! That's it! Pls check the painting via this link: http://azhistorymuseum.gov.az/en/exhibit/26
He has no rights to connect me to anyone in wikipedia and to blame me that I look like someone! That is unacceptable!
Thank you again for your respond.
P.S Historyofiran is unprofessional, aggressive and it is unacceptable because it violates wiki rules.
Sincerely, Mhalifa (talk) 01:48, 6 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Historyofiran is unprofessional, aggressive and it is unacceptable because it violates wiki rules.
That so? What does that make you then?
F/// off with your "editing"!
Histotyofirans is a goat!!!!!
Historyofiran is a goat!!!!!!!!!
You claimed you would report me to my "boss" [1]. Why haven't you still done that? If I am "violating Wiki rules" (you can't even name one), then why don't you report me to WP:ANI? You might want to do it, or I'll possibly take you there myself for your violations of WP:HOUNDING, WP:ASPERSIONS and WP:NPA. HistoryofIran (talk) 02:48, 6 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I don't want to talk with you because you are aggressive and unprofessional! To remove the painting of Juansher from the official Museum gallery for 0 grounds and blaming me that it is not the reliable source exactly supports my opinion on you (goat picture), which I selected and sent to you from yours's favorites animals or pokemons page!
Restore the painting and the issue will be solved! That's it! Mhalifa (talk) 15:55, 6 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Need third opinion and the unprofessional editing by the editor named Historyofiran
[edit]
To whom who is concerned,
On Sep 5, 2024, I found in internet the unique painting of Javanshir (Juansher, King of Caucasian Albania) in the photo gallery of the National Museum of History of Azerbaijan. I tried to add the photo of the painting to the wiki's article related to Juansher. However, the editor under the name of Historyofiran refused my adding arguing that the source is not reliable!? I responded to him that this a painting at the officially exposed collection of the National Museum of History of Azerbaijan. However, Historyofiran threated me to block my account and complainend to someone in wiki (probably his boss).
Thus, I would like to solve the issue and to add the painting into Juansher's article because it is really unique painting of 1956, describing Juansher as brave soldier and commander. Nothing special!
I also would like to complaint on Historyofiran for his/her unprofessional and aggressive behavior in the dealing with wikireaders that is against wiki rules.
Please find the painting of Juansher foloowing this link: Albanian Ruler Javanshir - Museum's gems - National Museum of History of Azerbaijan (azhistorymuseum.gov.az); http://azhistorymuseum.gov.az/en/exhibit/26
Please resolve the issue in wiki rules which state that wiki is for everyone to edit and add the material into existing articles if it not violates wiki rules. I did not violate any rules but Historyofiran unprofessionaly blamed me on this for ZERO reason!
Sincerely,
Mhalifa

Dispute resolution and concerns about other editors' behavior

You appear to be filing requests for others to investigate HistoryOfIran's behavior in various locations. Please review English Wikipedia's dispute resolution guidance and, if you still feel it is appropriate, file a single request in the correct location. Continued scattershot, non-policy-compliant requests for action to be taken against another editor are a form of disruptive editing and will result in you losing editing privileges. signed, Rosguill talk 19:30, 6 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I do not know how your system work! I do not have a time to investigate that is your responsibility to check Historyofiran editing.
The easy way is just to add my picture to the Juansher article . I explained several times the picture's license is free and could be used by everyone in wiki! Explain to Historyofiran that he is wrong and he must be professional! Mhalifa (talk) 19:37, 6 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

To whom who is concerned and help is needed

[edit]

{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}

To whom who is concerned and help is needed, On September 6-7, 2024, I (Wiki’s account Mhalifa) tried to update the Wiki’s article of “Juansher” (his other name is Javanshir, King of Caucasian Albania) adding the photocopy of Javanshir’s painting showing his fight against the Arabs side-by-side with Sasanian forces. The painting is published at the website of the National Museum of History of Azerbaijan (available at http://azhistorymuseum.gov.az/en/exhibit/26 ). Previously, I uploaded this photo into wikimedia (see: Azhistorymuseum.gov.az 1630305957 Arranshah Javanshir fights the Arabs side-by-side with the Sasanian troops (Painting, National History Museum, Baku, Azerbaijan). Also, I added the one article: * Khalifazadeh, Mahir (2023). "Adurbadagan and Arran (Caucasian Albania) in the Late Sasanian Period". International Journal of History. 5 (2): 15–18. doi:10.22271/27069109.2023.v5.i2a.220. into Wiki’s “Juansher” article under the section of Sources. Finally, on August 14, 2024, I added the article of * Khalifa-zadeh Mahir. Sasanian Imperial Strategy and King Xusrō I Anōšīrvān's Reform: The Case of Ādurbādagān and Arrān (Caucasian Albania), International Journal of History, 2024, Vol.6,Issue 1. Pages: 111-121, https://doi.org/10.22271/27069109.2024.v6.i1b.271 into the article of “History of Azerbaijan”, Further Reading section. However, I was very surprised and confused that all my updates in both Wiki’s articles (“Juansher” and “History of Azerbaijan”) were deleted by the editor under name of Historyofiran on September 7, 2024. Historyofiran explained that my sources are not reliable and so he deleted them. I tried to defend my updates, explaining to him that the National Museum of History of Azerbaijan is the official governmental institution and the painting related to Javanshir’s fight against Arabs is in open access at the museum’s website. Also, I tried to explain to him that the added articles of Dr Khalifa-zadeh were published by the International Journal of History and, by clicking on articles’ doi, you can reach both of them. However, Historyofiran in aggressive and unprofessional way wrote they are not reliable sources threating to block me right now! I responed to him that he is not correct but he blocked my account of Mhalifa! Next day, I opened the other account Mhalifa2024 just to talk to Historyofiran on his or my talk pages. But he immediately blamed me and blocked me indefinitely as the sockpuppet attempt! I am not familiar with Wiki’s rules because I am just regular reader and I did not that what it means. I was very upset and added my petition in Third party Opinion and Dispute Resolution sections. However, latter I found that my petition was deleted by “Kanzasbear” or someone “Poney” and my IP addresses were blocked indefinitely too. Dear officer, I was very surprised for this very aggressive and uncompromised stand of Historyofiran and tried to find the answer for his unprofessional behavior! And just yesterday, I found that Historyofiran is active member of wiki:project Armenia and he has a Star for his active pro-Armenian stand promoting Armenia’s interests in Wiki. Thus, I found that he is pro-Armenian activist and that is why he blocks any updates and improvements of the articles related to Azerbaijan (Both Iranian Azerbaijan and the Republic of Azerbaijan) hiding under the name Historyofiran! If he is active pro-Armenian activist so he has to edit the articles related to Armenia not to Azerbaijan or Iran or Georgia or any other country! As you know, Azerbaijan and Armenia are on the difficult way to sign a peace agreement ending the Second Karabakh war. But Historyofiran, by the blocking any updates of the articles related to Azerbaijan, tries to promote pro-Armenian stand converting Wikipedia into the virtual battleground between two neighboring nations. I strongly believe that it is against Wili’s rules and policy to be neutral, updated and trustable source of knowledge! That is why Historyofiran blocks any updates related to History of Azerbaijan trying to gain benefits in Armenian community trying to receive one more Star!? Undoubtedly, Historyofiran’s pro-Armenian stand damages Wiki’s credibility to be reliable, neutral peace-loving and promoting source of knowledge with free access for everyone to read and edit articles. Dear officer, In this light, I would like to ask you to reconsider my unfairly blocking to improve articles related to Azerbaijan and remove the block from my Mhalifa account and two IP address. I also ask you to re-add the above-mentioned photocopy of Javanshir’s fight from Azerbaijan’s National History Museum to Wiki’s “Juansher” article as well as re-add the above-mentioned Dr.Khalifa-zadeh’s articles in to Wiki’s “History of Azerbaijan” and “Adurbadagan” (that is Pahlavi name of Azerbaijan). I read his article at the International Journal of History’s website and his other publications in other international outlets and found them useful to be added into the Further reading sections of the mentioned Wiki’s articles. Finally, I hope that Wiki would suspend Historyofiran access to edit the articles related to Azerbaijan’s history, culture, music and e.t.c. as well as stop Historyofiran’s anti-Wiki activities to transfer Wiki’s platform into the virtual battleground sizing one side position (in current case pro-Armenian stand as the pro-Armenian activist and member wiki:project Armenia).

You are so much of an enthusiast of Azerbaijani history that you seem to be unable to collaborate with other editors in that topic area, and let loose with personal attacks and disruption when your edits are challenged. I see no pathway to you being unblocked without a topic ban from Azerbaijani history. It wouldn't be permanent, but we will need to see evidence that you can control yourself when your edits are challenged and collaborate with others in a civil manner first. 331dot (talk) 08:27, 11 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Insert your reason to be unblocked here. Responding to your decline based that I am enthusiast of History, I need to say that I guess that all readers/editors of Wiki are enthusiasts in the areas of their interest. My enthusiasm in History of Azerbaijan does not mean to fight with someone or do not tolerate other opinion! As above mentioned, I have the scientific background and it is my profession to respect other opinions. So I respect your positions as well. However, the reality is little bit different because I did not edit even one sentence of the articles' text that may give grounds to conclude that I was not respectful to other opinions. I just added one photocopy from the Azerbaijan's Museum and 2 scientific sources into the Further Readings sections and I was blocked. Are my adds the sign of disrespect to other opinions? I guess you will agree with me that they are not. Historyofiran blocked me because he is the active member of wiki:project Armenia and, by blocking me, he clearly indicated his stand to prevent any updates of the articles related to Azerbaijan. My adds weren't the violation of wiki's rules or sign of disrespect to other opinions or wiki's editors. I have no intention to write or re-write Wiki's articles because it is not my priority! However, I'll be glad to see the updated list of sources recommended for further readings, indicating the progress in historical research. As I believe, it will attract more wiki's readers increasing their knowledge on History. Nothing more. Thank you for your comment. Hoping you will revert your decision. With best regards, Mhalifa

If you accept the unblock request, replace this template with the following, substituting Accept reason here with your rationale:

{{unblock reviewed |1=Insert your reason to be unblocked here.
