I have removed the geocities link that you placed in this article, because geocities websites are personally owned (anyone can start one for free). They don't meet the reliability standards specified at Wikipedia:External links. Any external link needs to be viewed as a reliable source for the information in the article. I do thank you for contributing though, and hope that you will continue. Leebo T/C 16:24, 9 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding edits to Ahmadi

[edit]

Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia, Mfjkd! However, your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove spam from Wikipedia. If you were trying to insert a good link, please accept my creator's apologies, but note that the link you added, matching rule invisionfree\.com, is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. Please read Wikipedia's external links policy for more information. If the link was to an image, please read Wikipedia's image tutorial on how to use a more appropriate method to insert the image into an article. If your link was intended to promote a site you own, are affiliated with, or will make money from inclusion in Wikipedia, please note that inserting spam into Wikipedia is against policy. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! Shadowbot 18:27, 7 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

New Religious Movement

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Life, Liberty, Property 07:21, 6 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. The next time you insert a spam link, as you did to Christianity, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted as well, preventing anyone from linking to them from any site that uses the MediaWiki spam blacklist, which includes all of Wikimedia and Wikipedia. Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, one or more of the external links you added to the page Caliphate do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. → AA (talk)21:58, 25 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
