@Mexican Jumping Frijoles: First, you will need to specify an actual new username, not just "Your proposed new username". Second, Wikipedia does not allow people to publish articles where they have a conflict of interest. If your band meets Wikipedia's standards for articles about bands, and you can show that it has significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject of the article, you can submit the draft through the articles for creation process. --Ahecht (TALK

I've moved this to User:Mexican Jumping Frijoles/MJF where you can continue editing it – if the block issues can be resolved. As noted above, as you have a declared conflict of interest with the topic, you must submit the draft to WP:Articles for creation for review once it is finished.
