A tag has been placed on The Flood Forums, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is invited to contribute, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Henry Foss High School, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Please do not add or change content without verifying it by citing reliable sources, as you did to Henry Foss High School. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Gtwfan52 (talk) 16:07, 24 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I, and many others patrol changes to make sure they are properly cited and to look for and remove blatant vandalism. School pages are notorious for people adding things like "Joe is cool" or "Mrs. Jones is a crappy teacher". You weren't doing that, and I say bravo to you. I, as you noted, don't have any connection to your school and hence, I cannot do it myself; but might I suggest that you check the school's or the local newspaper for a reference to the team model thing, and put it back, citing a reference? Unfortunately, the rule on Wikipedia is that material added must be cited. It isn't necessarily what is true; it is what you can prove is true. And yes, there is a lot of uncited information in your school's article. Your entry on the team model wouldn't be needed if you were to delete the reference to it that was already there, and since it wasn't cited, feel free to do so. Or you could practice for the kind of writing and research you will have to do in college and try to reference that part too. I will be tagging your school's article for some cleanup, and if you want to try to do some of it, I will be more than happy to help you. Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia, and please don't stop. You just have to do it in the proper way. By the way, when you make an entry on Wikipedia anywhere but editing an article, you should sign it by typing four tildes (~~~~) at the end. Gtwfan52 (talk) 17:15, 24 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
