I think the case for the person's notability is thin. I see many press release type bios for her like this. You should also try to connect her to another article because the article is an "orphan". Perhaps she can be linked in American Psychological Association or University of Pittsburgh in the alumni section.

Blocked as a sockpuppet

Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively as a sockpuppet of User:Midnight In Zoho per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Midnight In Zoho. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.
