Improving an Existing Article: Casual Sex

[edit]

The first section, which discusses social and moral debates of casual sex, is missing significant detail as to what groups believe to be moral or amoral about casual sex. This article is completely empty in the religious views of casual sex section, so the entire section will need to be developed. There are so many religions to pick from, such as Catholicism, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Judaism. In terms of the legality of casual sex section, there are multiple countries listed that have laws against casual sex, but there is no expansion the topic as to what these laws and punishments are. The related terms section is very brief, and only contains two vocabulary words. There is definitely room for expansion, such as detailing the relationship of certain sexual encounters, such as swinging. In the Commercial Sites section, there are a lot of topics to expand on, such as the founding of online dating sites, like eHarmony and OKCupid, and the growing use of dating apps like Tinder, Bumble, and Grindr. There also is an opportunity to discuss Craigslist personal ads and lost connections pages, which tend to facilitate casual sex. A section that could be added is the psychological effects casual sex has on individuals who partake in it. Melissamnemeth (talk) 07:31, 13 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
