Sardine diet

[edit]

I've left you an explanatory note on my talk page, which you can access by clicking on the word "talk" at the end of my signature. I've also left you our standard "welcome" message above, which will give you easy access to lots of useful tools and basic instructional material; hope you find it useful. In the message on my talk page, I noted that I have placed the "Sardine diet" material into what we call a "sandbox" page (and explained why, there) -- you can access the material by clicking on this link: User:Mel1976e/Sandbox. I wanted you to have the information so that you could find your way to the webpage of the inventor of the diet and get information about her book, if that will be of use to you. I thought I might also tempt you to try to "fix" the article, but that's entirely up to you. Let me know if I can help you any further. Accounting4Taste:talk 02:55, 4 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
