Bloodmobile

[edit]

I've merged Bloodmobile to Blood donation for now, but if you want to expand the topic feel free to give me a shout. --apers0n 16:16, 26 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

1/2 − 1/4 + 1/8 − 1/16 + · · ·

[edit]

Meissmart, please stop turning 1/2 − 1/4 + 1/8 − 1/16 + · · · into a redirect. Since the information in the article doesn't get merged, you're essentially deleting the article, and that has to be done at WP:AFD. Melchoir 23:37, 16 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Warnings

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent contribution removed content from Vaginhead. Please be more careful when editing articles and do not remove content from Wikipedia without a good reason, which should be specified in the edit summary. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion pages, as you did with Advocacy Groups and Dennis Prager during the Quran Oath Controversy of the 110th United States Congress. Doing so won't stop the discussion from taking place. You are however welcome to comment about the proposed deletion on the appropriate page. Thank you. The diff is here. Buddha film

[edit]

{{helpme}}

There are two pages I have arleady merged them, but I cannot delete the extra.

Please delete the one without parentheses, as it has become, Buddha (film)

Meissmart 20:06, 17 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

There doesn't appear to be consensus about that entirely -- why don't you list the article at WP:AFD if you believe that it should be deleted? Or even better, start a discussion at [Talk:Buddha Film. I hope I understand your request, and if so, hope this helps. Cheers, GracenotesT § 20:13, 17 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I have created the page Buddha Film which is a project that is entirely different from the other film Buddha (film). So a merge into the latter article is not appropriate. You have mentioned that you have merged the article to the former, which actually has not and does not require a merge too. Hence you may kindly remove deletion instruction and let the article stay. I hope you have understood. You may leave your feedback at [Talk:Buddha Film]. Thanks.Yugeshp 13:23, 22 March 2007 >User talk:yugeshp

Notability of Yuppie scumbag

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Yuppie scumbag requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. -- Shadowlynk (Talk) 07:19, 17 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
