Speedy deletion nomination of Red Light District (Novel)
[edit]A tag has been placed on Red Light District (Novel) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.
If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. WRITER MEHMET UNVER
[edit]Mehmet Unver was born in İstanbul -Turkey in October- 1956 as the fifth son of a large family. His father died in 1962 and his mother took all responsibility to support and educate all children. Mehmet Unver spent most of his life in this inspiring city except two years of an education in USA. Childhood memories in Istanbul always gave him perfect inspiration.
At early ages he started to write some poems and stories. His first novel was published in January - 2002 with the title “A RAVEN SUMMER”. That was a naive story about sixties life of Istanbul by the eyes of mischievous kids. During sixties, Moslems, Jews, Greek and Armenian minorities have been living together in peace as it used to be for centuries in the picturesque villages on both side of the Bosporus. Neighborhood solidarity was the most important value at that time and Mehmet Unver reflected this in a smooth style in “A RAVEN SUMMER”
Novel was welcomed by Turkish readers and critics with praise and enthusiasm. Writer Unver had interviews with major newspapers, magazines and TV channels. Due to readers encouragements about continuity of this first novel, Mehmet Unver began writing the continuity as his second novel. And this book was published in 2003 with the title “MIST”. Novel was telling about the seventies restless life in the country which was ruled by merciless military junta that victims were youngsters, intellectuals, workers and scattered families. Story is told by the eyes of teenagers who discover the sexuality and have to carry on with this ruthless life and burning hearts.
After this release he started to study for his third novel. Two years later his third novel (also a real story) was published with title “RED LIGHT DISTRICT” Novel released in July 2005 and all copies were sold in a week. The slogan of this novel was: “If there are 6.5 billion human beings in the world that means there are billions of sexual fantasies.” This novel was telling the real story of three brave women who dedicate themselves to taste every forbidden pleasure fully and amuse to death after all disappointments, heartbreaks, pains, abuses, traumas and tragedies in their pasts. Main characters of the novel are young, ambitious Turkish women and story is such an unbelievable adventure with full of danger, extreme eroticism, romance, tragic deaths, brutal murders. Recently, RED LIGHT DISTRICT was translated to Bulgarian to publish in Bulgaria.
Mehmet Unver recently is working on his fourth novel and writing articles for some literature magazines.

Please do not write an article about yourself, as you apparently did at Mehmet Unver. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was my page deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss it with the deleting administrator. Thank you.
