This journal is not indexed. Indexing is the primary criteria for inclusion. Please see WP:NJOURNALS. Non-indexed journals are routinely deleted from Wikipedia and that is likely to be the fate here. We can accept this if notability is demonstrated through other means, primarily independent coverage in reliable sources. The current sources are, for the most part, not independent.
