Sara Naomi Lewkowicz

[edit]

Hey, I just happened to see that you were interested in making this article. I've written out the basics and created an article at Sara Naomi Lewkowicz, but it does need to be fleshed out some more. I put in enough to assert notability (so it won't get deleted) but I didn't want to put in too much and then leave you with nothing to do for your class assignment. (Some things that can be expanded on the article would be more coverage of the Internet backlash, more commentary from various reliable sources on the photographs and backlash, and definitely more information on her personal background.) Hopefully I didn't screw things up too much by creating this. If you need any help, let me know. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 10:00, 23 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • By the by, good job on identifying this photographer as someone worthy of a Wikipedia article. Given the coverage she's received I can't believe that nobody else wrote about her! Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 10:06, 23 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Also something to look into is seeing if you can find a way to get a photograph of Lewkowicz to the article. Adding in photographs that are copyrighted to her would be an issue, but since she also attended Ohio University you may want to see if anyone has a photograph of her that they took that they'd be willing to give up as fair use. You could also ask the artist herself if she could take a quick snap herself to send (or one she can upload herself) that she'd be willing to designate as fair use.
