Hi. I am currently trying to reduce the number of UK Waterways stub-class articles, by adding content. I have just found the John Williams article, which has had one sentence since 2007, when speedy deletion was suggested, which you contested. I cannot find any more information about him, as he is not even listed in the ICE Biographical Dictionary of Civil Engineers. Do you still think it is worth keeping this article?
