[edit]Hi thanks for your input on the Harney County article. Just to clarify, you don't have to sign your edit summaries. The page history will show who made the edit, you just need to sign your talk page posts, like this one. It is nice to write a quick explanation of your edit in the summary box though. Happy trails! Nice work!
[edit]...on Malheur Reservation. We've been needing that article for a long time and it really fills a gap in the history of Oregon. Please join WikiProject Oregon if you'd like to help. We always need more history buffs. Katr67 (talk) 21:10, 2 March 2008 (UTC)

OHS links
[edit]Please don't insert external links in the body of an article, like you did at Lake County, Oregon. I have reverted it. (I don't see where it was inserted/removed before.) Instead, make it a citation, or possibly a link in the External links section at the bottom of the article.
External links are a source of frequent trouble on Wikipedia. Marketing people and others trying to promote a product or website frequently insert them in article where they are not wanted, don't help, and just have to be removed. See the External links guideline for more information. —EncMstr (talk) 20:24, 4 November 2013 (UTC)
- My mistake. Apologies. MaxwellPerkins (talk) 20:31, 4 November 2013 (UTC)
- No sweat. You are a newish editor and were obviously attempting to improve the article—and we have a lot of guidelines: it is not possible to learn to walk without stumbling occasionally. The core of all policies and guidelines are The Five Pillars. Spend a few minutes looking that over and, if you have 30+ minutes, the first level of articles linked to from there. That should bring you up to speed quickly. Thanks! —EncMstr (talk) 22:05, 4 November 2013 (UTC)
Notification of automated file description generation
[edit]Your upload of File:Australian bush tomato fruit.jpg or contribution to its description is noted, and thanks (even if belatedly) for your contribution. In order to help make better use of the media, an attempt has been made by an automated process to identify and add certain information to the media's description page.
This notification is placed on your talk page because a bot has identified you either as the uploader of the file, or as a contributor to its metadata. It would be appreciated if you could carefully review the information the bot added. To opt out of these notifications, please follow the instructions here. Thanks! - Another one of your uploads, File:Australian bush tomato plant.jpg, has also had some information automatically added. If you get a moment, please review the bot's contributions there as well. Thanks! Message delivered by Theo's Little Bot (opt-out) 12:34, 11 January 2014 (UTC)
