I have reverted your recent edits because this story related to a different Lee Todd. The player who was sent off after two seconds in October 2000 was playing for a very low league side, Cross Farm Park Celtic. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process.
