Important Notice

[edit]
This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

Please carefully read this information:

A community discussion has authorised the use of general sanctions for pages related to blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
The specific details of these sanctions are described here.

Broadly, general sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimise disruption in controversial topic areas. This means uninvolved administrators can impose sanctions for edits relating to these topics that do not adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, our standards of behaviour, or relevant policies. Administrators may impose sanctions such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks. An editor can only be sanctioned after he or she has been made aware that general sanctions are in effect. This notification is meant to inform you that sanctions are authorised in these topic areas, which you have been editing. It is only effective if it is logged here. Before continuing to edit pages in these topic areas, please familiarise yourself with the general sanctions system. Don't hesitate to contact me or another editor if you have any questions.

New Kind of Network moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, New Kind of Network, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. HI Sulfurboy, thank you for your kindly Suggestion. I have modified the citation style recently. Actually, I take IPFS as the reference, including writing neutrally and finding the citation and reference to create this article. I think the citation and reference are enough to support the article, if not, could you please tell me where or how should I improve this. Really appreciate your help!

Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

Request reason:

First I do not know why I share the same IP with other(Maybe same VPN software?), Second,I think NKN miners all hope this article should be created and I also made my COI; Last, I think I have to join the discussion for my own article Maxchangyuchih (talk) 02:38, 19 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

NKM miners' wishes are irrelevant. This is an encyclopedia. It is not a venue for pumping or advertising or telling the world about blockchain or cryptocurrencies. --Deep fried okra User talk:Deepfriedokra 03:17, 19 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

HI Deepfriedokra, thank you for your advice :), but I think this new technology which is reported by serveral medium and used by serveral companies(iQiyi, China Telecommunications Corporation) should be known to everyone, not only NKN miners. And I think the discription in the article is netural due to I take reference from other cryptocurrency's articles like huobi and IPFS. Appreciated your advice.
