[edit]Hello, I'm Actualcpscm. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Konstantin Sonin, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Actualcpscm (talk) 20:29, 9 April 2023 (UTC)
Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living (or recently deceased) persons, as you did to Vera Serganova. Thank you. Actualcpscm (talk) 20:31, 9 April 2023 (UTC)
COI Information
[edit]Hello, Matveytabakh. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam#External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Actualcpscm (talk) 20:39, 9 April 2023 (UTC)
November 2024
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in List of close election results, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Jessicapierce (talk) 00:11, 17 November 2024 (UTC)
- In particular, please take care to capitalize proper nouns such as "Republican" and "Democrat," and please be sure to end sentences with punctuation... I'm noticing these issues in your changes at John Wilson (Kansas politician) as well (which should go before the citation, not after). Thank you, Jessicapierce (talk) 00:11, 17 November 2024 (UTC)
Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your edits to List of close election results, please use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history, as well as helping prevent edit conflicts. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the page will look like without actually saving it.
It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. If you have any questions, contact the help desk for assistance. Thank you. Jessicapierce (talk) 00:11, 17 November 2024 (UTC)

The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
