Paid editing

Hello. If you are employed by Cresset Biomolecular Discovery, or are a third party who is paid to represent their interests, then your existing disclosure is not enough. Wikipedia's mandatory policy on disclosure of paid editing states that you must disclose whether you are editing on behalf of an employer or client who is compensating you. You do not have to be paid specifically to edit Wikipedia for this policy to apply - mere employment is sufficient. Wikipedia doesn't include companies merely because they exist. You should review Wikipedia's notability criteria for companies to find out if this company merits an article at all. What we require is evidence of significant coverage from multiple reliable and independent sources. As we have no interest in what a company wishes to say about itself, company-authored sources are disqualified from establishing notability.

You should go through the guide called Your first article to learn what is expected when writing a new Wikipedia article. If you are able to provide sufficient proof of extensive third-party coverage, then you can attempt to write a draft article using the WP:Article wizard. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 16:03, 21 December 2022 (UTC)
