Matthew T. Bracy is General Counsel of Settlement Capital Corporation [1] in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Bracy, as the chief legal officer for the company, is responsible for all company legal matters, including litigation and corporate legal issues. In addition, Mr. Bracy is active in government relations on behalf of Settlement Capital and the industry trade group, the National Association of Settlement Purchasers, coordinating legislative efforts in various states and the federal government.
