I was not aware there was this restriction, I do not intend on specifically using this account to promote a product however I do intend to contribute to articles relating to my field of work eg software design, health construction, cad software, ect..

If there is already other Wiki articles about software solutions that are similar to HFBS eg: https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/DRofus why is there specifically an issue with me posting a similar one about HFBS? I do agree that I will use my account not just for posting about HFBS as I understand that promotion of a company is not the purpose of Wikipedia. However I should be allowed to create articles on subjects that I am an expert in (and this would be one of them). If I edit the content of the post regarding HFBS to be purely information regarding what the system does and who developed it does it not comply exactly with whatever rules were applied when you allowed the above mentioned software to post on Wikipedia?
Further to my above point I should also mention that HFBS (Health Facility Briefing System) is not a new piece of software. It has been around for a long time & there are numerous mentions of its use on the internet by government health authorities such as NSW Health in Australia, the Dubai Health Authority, and the Abu Dhabi Health Authority. The software is used by government agencies to design hospitals and entire healthcare systems for countries, the software is used (actively by several government Authorities) for the betterment of Health Services & plays a very important role is the way these services (Hospitals, Clinics, Dentists, Optometrists, ect.) are provided to citizens. Please can you clarify how the software HFBS is non notable or if there is further information I need to provide? There are numerous mentions of its use as being mandated by health authorities eg:

Yes HFBS has been covered by highly reliable sources, I have provided an example of such sources above & will explain them further in the following sentences. This is a link to a NSW Health Australia government policy website mandating the use of HFBS: http://www0.health.nsw.gov.au/policies/pd/2009/PD2009_035.html. Furthermore the link to the PDF (http://www0.health.nsw.gov.au/policies/pd/2009/pdf/PD2009_035.pdf) from this web page which is also a document published by NSW Health Australia specifically states on page 5: "Australasian Health Facility Guidelines (AusHFG) and the Health Facility Briefing System (HFBS) are the standards used for all NSW Health capital project planning and construction.". This official document describes processes and procedures for approving health facility guidelines, and incredibly important and note worthy part of the healthcare system.HealthFacilityBriefingSystem (talk) 05:16, 17 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Unfortunately, those are all primary sources and can't be used to say something is notable in Wikipedia's very special sense of the word. Has the product been covered significantly in the news? If so, can you link to a few news articles or news videos about it? Other than official Australian government websites specifically mentioning in detail the use of HFBS as a mandated system to be used in the highly important process of designing Health facilities (provided above) there are multiple third party mentions of the use of HFBS for example the following article describing HFBS and its developer HPI: http://www.healthcareinfocus.com.au/2013/04/health-projects-international/ as well as this published book on Health System Design (I have highlighted the term HFBS in the link): https://books.google.com.au/books?id=Aj-5BAAAQBAJ&printsec=frontcover#v=onepage&q=HFBS&f=false. Surely these third party sources and the primary sources provided validate that HFBS is a system used in an important and noteworthy process related to healthcare. I can also provide other primary sources similar to the ones provided above for NSW Health Australia from the Dubai & Abu Dhabi Health Authorities confirming HFBS is mandated as a tool to be used in their health facility design processes. I understand that this topic may seem somewhat obscure for anyone not involved in healthcare or hospital design however in a world where technology is becoming more prevalent these obscure processes are becoming automated. A software system such as HFBS that is directly mandated by the government as the only system that can design all Healthcare facilities that an entire country or region rely on in times of emergency (as i have categorically proven it is above) seems incredibly important and noteworthy. My reading of the guidelines is that if a 3rd party other than myself creates a Wikipedia article for HFBS citing the above primary & secondary sources it should be compliant with Wikipedia's conflict of interest guidelines and the notable guidelines. From there I can only contribute suggested edits if I declare my conflict of interest. (Non-administrator comment) That's the way it works, though most people would prefer if you don't edit the article at all and instead request that someone else edit it in a specific way by commenting on the talk page of the article and using the {{request edit}} template to let others know that you're requesting an edit. Below the template, you would write exactly what you think needs to be changed, including any reliable sources that would need to be included. Since you finally seem to get it, I suggest you request a username change again. To request it again, just do the same thing you did last time, and make sure your reason explains what exactly you will do differently (i.e. what you said right above this). -- Gestrid (talk) 06:13, 18 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, one more thing: If you're being paid to create or edit any article, you must declare your conflict of interest in a very specific way. Follow the instructions here to declare it. As per the above conversation my reading of the Wikipedia guidelines is that if a 3rd party other than myself creates a Wikipedia article for HFBS citing the above primary & secondary sources it should be compliant with Wikipedia's conflict of interest guidelines and the notable guidelines. From there I can only contribute requested edits using the {{request edit}} template providing I declare any conflict of interest in the exact way set out in the Wikipedia guidelines and the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use.
