The reason left by DoubleGrazing was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: After four declines, still no evidence of notability, just tendentious resubmissions. From this I can only conclude that better sources are not available and that the subject is therefore not notable enough to warrant inclusion. To avoid further reviewer time being expended on this draft, I am now rejecting rather than merely declining this.
