Several user accounts have been blocked from Wikipedia for creating articles about Shahab Khan against our guidelines, and his name has been spammed to various articles, including false claims of him starring in films where he had a minor role according to sources. The community has determined that Khan does not meet Wikipedia's notability criteria for actors, and the article title Shahab Khan has been locked to protect the encyclopedia against disruption. So no, you may not create an article about him. --bonadea contributions talk 09:43, 27 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. You can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Tick Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks!
