The final words of Rui which you asked me about are supposed to some sort of 'guessing' thing. But if you really want to know about it that bad, I'm happy to help.
Rui's 'date' means that she is returning back to Japan and she'll be able to meet Natsuo again. No, Natsuo won't be going to America. Instead, when Rui returns back home Natsuo is heartbroken as nothing is going well for him. They get into an argument.
