- The main theme of the COI page seems to be that you shouldnt be self promoting. When talking about adding links to products or articles it does not say that is not allowed, but that it should be relevant to the article. I'm not sure how you expect some topics to have anything useful on them if you exclude anyone with any kind of COI if your definition is simply someone that is involved in said topic. I do not feel I have a COI, I have added links to my product where there was already a list of products relevant to the article, but i would never start off a list like that, as i would see that as self promoting and unnecessary.
