Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Mancherial has been reverted.
Your edit here to Mancherial was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cYYqKak1OhA) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. a sound or video file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy, as well as other parts of our external links guideline. If the information you linked to is indeed in violation of copyright, then such information should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file, or consider linking to the original.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 14:01, 19 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Marla, Wikipedia discussion pages are not for family chat,[1] please take that to Facebook or similar. I hope you will never again use your brother's account to edit, or he will be blocked. Bishonen | talk 23:09, 19 June 2017 (UTC).[reply]

And, I would also take this opportunity to point out that Wikipedia is not the place to air our personal views, but rather to document what reliable sources say about a topic. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 07:29, 20 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, I was just kidding with my brother. Sorry that I caused trouble to many people. From now onwards I will behave properly and edit sincerely. And I will edit small things in small pages only. Thank you all for the suggestions. Signature: Marla Durden (talk) 08:00, 20 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you, Marla. Small things in small pages may be the best way to begin; I'm sure you'll be able to go on to big things in big pages once you've become more familiar with Wikipedia. Bishonen | talk 08:22, 20 June 2017 (UTC).[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for trolling. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  —SpacemanSpiff 11:26, 20 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@SpacemanSpiff: Can you please explain this indefinite block? What is the so serious offense here? This is wiki-lawyering and biting newcomers. She has lightly trolled only me once, and later even apologised for it, to everyone, when questioned. Moreover, she is least bothered to request any unblock now and this will also disable me from editing WP because, "You are currently unable to edit pages on Wikipedia due to an autoblock affecting your IP address." - this is the notice I get when I try to do any edit from my usual internet connection, since me and herself share the same WiFi connection, and hence the same IP address. --- Tyler Durden (talk) 11:58, 20 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

I did not know my last edit was inappropriate, let alone being this serious. I had one sincere request about Gandhiji's page, so I posted there. I mistakenly brought the family reference there in one line, but rest of my post was not to create any trouble or waste anyone's time. I swear to God I shall not bring a family reference here ever, and I will not even post on any talk pages in the coming days. Please unblock me. This might not be that important to me, but the block is restricting another interested and serious editor. I do not want him to suffer because of me, please understand. Thanks for your time. Signature: Marla Durden (talk) 15:34, 20 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Your actions demonstrate a lack of maturity necessary to be unblocked at this time. I suggest the best way forward is via WP:SO which requires at least six months of zero edits. If you don't wish this other editor to suffer because of your actions, that should be easy. Stay away from Wikipedia, which is required under WP:SO anyway. Yamla (talk) 16:05, 20 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

  • Note: I have to agree with SpacemanSpiff your edit to Talk:Mahatma Gandhi was trollish. How is it a sincere request? It's a rhapsody about a song that Indians immediately think of as a famous message of "Ghandiji". And it comes after not only my warning about the family stuff, but also Kautilya's warning about not airing personal views, and your apologies for these things. Your promises are a little devalued by now. But I see your unblock request has already been dealt with by an uninvolved admin. I mainly came here to tell you and User:Tyler Durden that the autoblock on your IP will only be there for 24 hours, so TD won't be inconvenienced by it for long. For myself, I consider him pretty lucky to get away with no more of a sanction than that after saying he 'had to' let you edit from his account because you insisted. I don't much like the situation altogether, and I have asked a CheckUser to take a look at it. Bishonen | talk 16:39, 20 June 2017 (UTC).[reply]
