Per the above warnings, your comment was extremely rude and uncalled for. If you see how many changes get made to player pages that are untrue or just rumors, you would understand the need for proper referencing - it is in fact part of the biography of living person policy that changes to biographies must be properly sourced in the article, not just in the edit summary and not just to a front page of a site with tens of thousands of articles. The policy states "Be very firm about the use of high quality references. Contentious material about living persons that is unsourced or poorly sourced—whether the material is negative, positive, or just questionable—should be removed immediately and without waiting for discussion." Australian C-27 Spartan purchase

Hi Mark, I've just undone your changes to the RAAF article. The US giving Australia approval to purchase the C-27 doesn't actually mean that Australia has ordered the aircraft - all it means is that this is now legally possible (for instance, the US Government granted Australia approval to purchase new Sea Hawk helicopters several months before this order was approved by Cabinet last year). There have been no Australian Government press releases announcing a purchase of C-27s I can find. It's very likely that Australia will order C-27s in the near future, but this hasn't happened yet. Hi Mark, I've just deleted the two images you've uploaded under a fair use claim. Given that there are lots of good-quality photos of these aircraft available under Creative Commons-friendly licenses at Wikimedia Commons, these images weren't consistent with Wikipedia's non-free content policy. New Australian C-17s

Hi Mark, I hope that you didn't mind me reverting you. The current situation seems to be that there are two 'firm' orders for additional C-17s, and the government is still considering whether to purchase the other two (with such a purchase being cleared by the US). All users who registered an account before Saturday, 28 October 2017, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Wednesday, 1 November 2017 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
