Speedy deletion nomination of Trichomonas tenax

Hello Mark Bonner dmd,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Trichomonas tenax for deletion, because it seems to be inappropriate for a variety of reasons.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

• Hi Mark Bonner dmd, I agree the speedy deletion rationales were inappropriate, but if tehre is a next time, please do not remove the tag yourself from an article you created.

The article is on a valid topic and I have just linked it to the foreign-language articles; however, it is a bad translation and you would have done better to use Wikipedia:Articles for Creation, which would have given you advice and reduced the chance of the article simply being deleted. To expand on Yngvadottir's comment above, guidelines and tips for translating articles are available at Wikipedia:Translation. The page covers things like machine translations, how to request translation aid, and how to credit the original article's authors (which you are required to do to avoid copyright issues!). I helped you out with the last one by adding an appropriate {{translated page}} template on the article's talk page, but you should read up on how to do it yourself.
