Reply to your message[edit]

Author Gregory Scofield has requested these amendments to reflect his current and updated information. Gregory Scofield does not identify as “two-spirited” and opposed the use of the term when describing his sexual orientation. I’m additoon, the community of origin was incorrect, and he has requested updating to his publications. MarkOpolO (talk) 19:04, 30 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

You need to cite a reliable source for anything you add to wikipedia, see WP:V, also, the article does't say he identifies as two-spirit, it says he once did but no longer does.
Since you seem to be editing on behalf of the article subject, you shou;ld also see WP:COI. Tornado chaser (talk) 19:34, 30 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia page for Gregory Scofield[edit]

Hello and good day. This is Gregory Scofield, the author of the page you are referring to. There are inaccuracies in the information provided and I’d like to see this changed. I was never consulted about the information added to this particular page. In fact, people seem to arbitrarily add photos and information without my consent. I would like these things changed immediately. My partner, Mark Ottewell, with my consent, has removed and added current information.

Thank you,

Gregory Scofield MarkOpolO (talk) 20:09, 30 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia does not require consent of the article subject, but follows a verifiability policy for all content, and an additional one for articles on living people. Tornado chaser (talk) 20:14, 30 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

More specifically, the determination to 'own' an article about you, without corresponding at the talk page with other objective editors, is troubling. As was the creation of a separate account a few hours ago. I'll request further assistance. Thank you, 2601:188:180:11F0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 23:30, 30 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

You should read WP:OWN and WP:SOCK. Tornado chaser (talk) 00:43, 31 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
