Howard Kendall

[edit]

Hi. Just to let you know I've removed your recent addition of text to Howard Kendall, because it's a word-for-word copy of part of this article at the FM2009 site. If you have a look at the page Wikipedia:Copyright violations, you'll see we're not allowed to lift text from elsewhere without permission to re-use it, because the copyright belongs to the original author or publisher. If you click on "Terms and conditions" at the bottom of the FM2009 page, you'll get to this page, which says (in the section headed Intellectual Property Rights) such permission is very definitely not granted. cheers, Struway2 (talk) 12:00, 25 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Greg Eastwood. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. Kevin (talk) 07:58, 19 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
