Please note that the selection of the image is done by consensus. There is a discussion in progress on the article talk page. Continued attempts to unilaterally change the image will be reverted. Please join the discussion. Yworo (talk) 19:34, 13 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You have been told repeatedly to stop changing the image without a consensus, yet you continue doing so. Also, if you are 98.110.148.254 (talk · contribs), you need to be aware that it is strictly forbidden to repeatedly revert an article with different usernames. Be advised that if you continue this kind of behavior you will be blocked from editing. Cresix (talk) 00:38, 14 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, but it got changed a long time ago to Gentlemen Prefer Blondes and then it got changed back to The Prince and The Showgirl for no reason. So I don't know how that's fair. And i dont see what grounds or authority you have to block me. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Marilynmonroepictures (talk • contribs) 03:39, 14 October 2010 (UTC)

Again, please read WP:CON. It doesn't matter what was or was not changed a long time ago. Consensus determines what goes in the article, and there currently is a consensus discussion that is not resolved. And whether you believe it or not, you can be blocked for repeatedly reverting during a consenus discussion based on three policies: WP:CON for violating consensus; WP:3RR for editing warring after being warned to stop; and WP:SOCK for using multiple accounts to violate policy. Wikipedia is a collaborative project. It is not up to you or me to make the decisions about what goes in an article. If you don't think it's "fair" to you I'm sorry, but please respect Wikipedia's policies. You might also want to read WP:5P. Thank you.

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you must sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 03:40, 14 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Before saving your changes to an article, please provide an edit summary, which you forgot to do before saving your recent edit to Marilyn Monroe. Doing so helps everyone to understand the intention of your edit (and prevents legitimate edits from being mistaken for vandalism). It is also helpful to users reading the edit history of the page. Thank you. --M4gnum0n (talk) 12:09, 14 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
