Good choices. Pay attention to capitalization, which isn't the same in French as in English.
Proposed edits for La Morte amoureuse
[edit]So, this is what I have gathered from the academic piece that I read.
At first, I really wanted to talk about liminality as a theme in La Morte amoureuse, as I started making connections and recognized it's an overwhelming element--the liminality creates the ambiguity that is characteristic of the short story. Kinda something like this:
Themes
[edit]Liminality
[edit]- Clarimonde: monster/human, alive/dead, statue/little girl, angel/demon
- Romuald: priest/ il signor Romualdo
- Sérapion: good/evil
_____________________________________________________________________________
But then I realized that I would be doing more of personal research than what Wang was addressing in his research, which spoke primarily of Clarimonde and her supernatural capabilities as a female vampire. Because this is research about Clarimonde, I thought about placing my edits in a sub-section within the "Characters" portion of the wiki page of "La Morte amoureuse." I also thought about placing my edits rather as a section under "Analysis." What do you think?
Also, is there a way to use the same reference twice by using the <ref> method, rather than using a "Named reference" after putting in all the information manually? Just so that my two references under my "reflist" aren't the same.
Response: It's hard to say precisely where the edits should go when I'm still a little vague on what, precisely, they are. You're right to be careful about personal research, though I think adding a Themes section under Analysis is the right way to go. As far as using the ref tag, go look at another article that does what you're hoping to do, and hit Edit so that you can look at the code. — Preceding unsigned comment added by S.C.
