Welcome!

Hello, Maria Neiva Almeida, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

I noticed that one of the first articles you edited was Prozis, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or another editor to proofread it. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.

One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, visit the Teahouse, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}} before the question. Again, welcome! Please proof read my article. I do know the company well but I'm not getting paid to write this document. I simply cannot stand the fact that the information currently being showcased is simply wrong and outdated.
Thank you for your help.

I asked AI to make it sound neutral and deleted some things that can be considerate positive about the brand. Would you consider it neutral?
Article text

Prozis is a Portugal-based online brand under the Prozis Group, specializing in sports nutrition. The company operates from its headquarters in Maia, which also houses its research and development center. Founded in 2007 by Miguel Milhão, Prozis serves a global market, focusing on innovation and sustainability. History Prozis began as an online platform dedicated to distributing sports nutrition products from international brands to the Portuguese market. Over time, it expanded its portfolio to include proprietary supplements, activewear, functional foods, and technological solutions. By 2015, the company employed over 230 people and reported revenue exceeding €45 million. In 2016, it became one of Europe’s largest online sports nutrition retailers, with more than 800,000 active customers across over 100 markets. In its early years, Prozis emphasized community engagement through social media campaigns, collaborations with influencers, and sponsorship of events aligned with its brand identity. Later, the company shifted towards a quality-centric model, investing in state-of-the-art facilities and implementing rigorous quality control processes to enhance its product offerings. Prozis adopted a vertically integrated approach, managing production from design to distribution to maintain quality standards and competitive pricing. In recent years, Prozis has sought to expand its presence beyond Europe, particularly in North America. A key development was the announcement in 2024 of a €20 million production facility in South Carolina, aimed at localizing operations and improving service for the U.S. market. Current Operations Prozis operates in 120 countries, selling its products directly to consumers through its multilingual websites and partnerships with retail chains, such as Continente in Portugal. As of 2022, the company employed approximately 1,500 people globally and reported an estimated annual revenue of $345.5 million. Marketing efforts rely heavily on influencer collaborations, particularly in Europe. Prozis partners with athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and lifestyle influencers to promote its products, contributing to a significant social media presence. In 2021, Prozis was reported as the most tagged brand on social media in Portugal, and in 2024, in Germany. Recognition

Prozis has received various awards, including Portugal’s "Escolha do Consumidor" (Consumer’s Choice) in the category of Sports Supplements in 2016. The company also earned the "Prémio Exportadora Revelação" (Exports Revelation Award) for its efforts in international business development.

Several issues here:
  1. If you are employed by Prozis, then you are considered to be a paid editor. It does not matter whether or not you were specifically asked/instructed to write about it, or whether or not you are being paid specifically to write about it. Your employment by itself is enough to trigger the mandatory paid editing disclosure policy. Please follow the link and make any necessary disclosures before making any further edits.
  2. Assuming #1 is true, then you should not directly edit the Prozis article at all. Instead, you should learn the process of making edit requests on the article's talk page, to be reviewed by independent editors.
  3. You do not list any sources for your edits. Wikipedia requires that all information be verifiable, and this is accomplished by citing sources. Article content is composed of paraphrased summaries of material previously published by reliable and independent sources. We have no interest in what the subject of an article wishes to say about itself. We also disallow unpublished personal knowledge or experience (called original research), as it is inherently unverifiable.
  4. Large language models (AI) should be used with caution, as they frequently generate text that is error-prone and useless. Using the aforementioned edit request process should help mitigate any undesirable AI text from contaminating the article.

Then I should be good since that's not the case for me. I talk about companies/organisations that people have mentioned to me that I see there's some fixing needed where I can find the sources online (like 42 école). I did not put on that last one cause I thought the issue was the article itself and not the sources.
