T'was The Night Before Wikimas - found on Teahouse Dec.2019
[edit]Found this in Teahouse, and I like it very much, so I copied it...
T'was The Night Before Wikimas
'Twas the night before Wikimas, when all through the Teahouse
Not an editor was stirring, not even a mouse.
The references had been inserted by users with care,
In hopes that St. Jimbo[who?] soon would be there.
Most editors were nestled all snug by their beds,[citation needed]
While visions of new articles danced in their heads.
When out from a keyboard there arose such a clatter
I sprang to my screen to see what was the matter.
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
but a question on sources and how to use them well here . . .
read on . . .

More rapid than eagles these questioners came, "Now, em Dasher! Now, Images! As dry words that before an old dictionary fly, And then in a twinkling, I saw on the page Almost 6 million articles he had flung on his back, A wink of his eye and a twist of his head He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle,

Subpage
[edit]Hi, I've moved Benutzerin:Maresa63/MemoBoard to User:Maresa63/MemoBoard. On en-wiki, the former appears as an article page Jimfbleak - talk to me? 16:31, 14 February 2021 (UTC)
- @Jimfbleak: Hi, thank you for the move. I've tried to create a subpage using the following script copied from deWP. Maybe the hickup occured due to prefix "Benutzerin", which I now changed to "User". Something else wrong with the code? Regards, Maresa63 (talk) 19:04, 14 February 2021 (UTC)
<inputbox> type=create break=no buttonlabel=create subpage for Maresa63 prefix=User:Maresa63/ </inputbox>
- I'm no expert on coding, but "Benutzerin" on en-wiki is, of course, treated as just another word, unlike the special term "User". I can't see why your script wouldn't work as written, but I have no expertise in that area Jimfbleak - talk to me? 20:19, 14 February 2021 (UTC)
- OK, thought so as well. Next time I use the script, I'll watch closely what happens. --Maresa63 (talk) 21:17, 14 February 2021 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for March 14
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited FedCon, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Grace Park, Michael Hogan and Brian Muir. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:30, 14 March 2021 (UTC)
