Welcome!
[edit]Hello, Tha Rapper Haiti, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.
I noticed that one of the first articles you created or edited was Draft:Tha Rapper Haiti, which appears to be an article about yourself. Writing about yourself is a common mistake made by new Wikipedians.
As this is an encyclopedia, we wouldn't expect to have an article about every contributor. We require individuals to meet Wikipedia's definition of a notable person to accept articles about them. A page you created about yourself may well be deleted from the encyclopedia. If it is deleted and you wish to retrieve its contents, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.
If your contributions to an existing article about yourself are undone and you wish to add to or change it, please propose the changes on its talk page.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{help me}}
before the question. Again, welcome! Sam Sailor 08:07, 26 October 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. This is just a note to let you know that I've moved the draft that you were working on to Draft:Tha Rapper Haiti, from its old location at User:Tha Rapper Haiti/sandbox. This has been done because the Draft namespace is the preferred location for Articles for Creation submissions. Please feel free to continue to work on it there. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to ask me on my talk page. Thank you. Sam Sailor 08:06, 26 October 2024 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Tha Rapper Haiti
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Draft:Tha Rapper Haiti, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Sam Sailor 08:07, 26 October 2024 (UTC)
- Dear Sam
- I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request assistance regarding a draft I previously created for an artist. I attempted to write an article for this artist, but unfortunately, due to my lack of experience, the draft did not meet Wikipedia's guidelines and has caused some issues with the artist’s ongoing process to have a proper page created.
- The artist is currently in the process of having their official Wikipedia page written, and it seems that my draft is interfering with the creation of the new article under the artist’s name. I kindly ask if you could delete the draft I created, as it is no longer needed and is preventing the artist from using their name in the new draft.
- I understand the importance of following Wikipedia’s guidelines and will gladly defer to the more experienced editors handling the new draft. Please let me know if any further information is required from my side to assist in resolving this issue.
- Thank you very much for your time and assistance Tha Rapper Haiti (talk) 20:33, 4 December 2024 (UTC)

Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, Tha Rapper Haiti. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for article subjects for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{edit COI}} template)—don't forget to give details of reliable sources supporting your suggestions;
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest § How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam § External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicizing, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 08:12, 26 October 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Thanks for message.
As Timtrent has already said, the previous existence of a deleted draft has no effect on its potential recreation.
You have an obvious conflict of interest, please don't write about yourself, your friends or relatives and read the guidance below:
- When you write about a person, you must provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that they meet the notability guidelines. Sources that are not acceptable include those linked to the person or an associated organisation, press releases, YouTube, IMDB, social media and other sites that can be self-edited, blogs, websites of unknown or non-reliable provenance, and sites that are just reporting what the person claims or interviewing them. Note that references should be in-line so we can tell what fact each is supporting, and should not be bare urls.
- You must write in a non-promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic, with verifiable facts, not opinions or reviews.
- There shouldn't be any url links in the article, only in the "References" or "External links" sections.
- You must not copy text from elsewhere. Copyrighted text is not allowed in Wikipedia, as outlined in this policy. That applies even to pages created by you or your organisation, unless they state clearly and explicitly that the text is public domain. We require that text posted here can be used, modified and distributed for any purpose, including commercial; text is considered to be copyright unless explicitly stated otherwise. There are ways to donate copyrighted text to Wikipedia, as described here; please note that simply asserting on the talk page that you are the owner of the copyright, or you have permission to use the text, isn't sufficient.
Your previous draft had no proper inline references to independent third-party sources, nothing to suggest he meets the notability criteria linked above (such as awards, major chart placings, signed to a major label) and is promotional in tone.
Before attempting to write an article again, please make sure that the topic meets the notability criteria linked above, and check that you can find independent third party sources. Also read Your first article. If you are writing about yourself, or someone you know as a friend, colleague, client, employer or relative, you have a conflict of interest, and you must disclose the nature of that COI.
