Sockpuppet investigation

Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. Hello, I just got blocked. I do not know why or how. I don't understand. I would like to be unblocked please, I didn't do anything. I was trying to make a page better and it was undone? Whatever a "sock puppet" is I am not. Please help me!
