- Hi,
- Thanks for the feedback. I disagree that this woodland is not notable. In the local history of Ropley and Four Marks this woodland plays a significant role and many locals are very familiar with it and visit it daily for walks and foraging. From personal experience I have had many questions asked about this as no other information can be found of this woodland and surrounding area online.
- The sources I have used are far more extensive than many other already-existing local history pages for example the entire village of Wield which has a total of 3 sources. Some of the sources may not be orthodox, but they will be familiar to most, for example the National Grid References that I use for highlighting the locations of certain features. Unfortunately sources from the Hampshire Environmental Records are not active as the website has been undergoing maintenance since March. This is completely out of my control but the website will be updated soon. I have also gone through the offline sources and recited them.
- I understand I haven't used completely concrete language; the occasional use of 'potentially' and 'most likely' but this is common language in local history works. As one can not be 100% sure of all information on a topic, however, this doesn't mean it should be exluded completely, especially when information is already lacking. Rather, it should be included with clarification that it is not undeniable fact but a theory that the reader can make their mind up about.
- I would appreciate reconsideration and I hope you can see the significance of this article to the local area.
- Kind Regards,

The article Brockwood Park has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Un-notable area
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. thetechie@enwiki: ~/talk/ $ 00:44, 21 May 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Bramdean, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Jessicapierce (talk) 02:09, 2 June 2024 (UTC)
