Mandeep Singh popularly known as Mandeep Singh GGS (Born 16 May 1997) is a student leader and an activist who served as central councilor and president of the students' union of Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, one of the top college of the University of Delhi. He did his schooling at Guru Harkrishan Public School and Guru Nanak Public School, Punjabi Bagh, and graduated from Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of commerce.

He started his political career in his early teens by joining the aam aadmi party and later he joined the student organization of India (S.O.I) student wing of Shiromani Akali Dal and contest his first election in 2017 for the post of central councilor and won that seat. His tenure was rememberable due to his bold initiative for the student's welfare such as he installed sanitary napkin vending and incinerator machine in his tenure and raised his voice in removing monetary bonds. These initiatives gave him a unique identity on the whole campus therefore in September 2019 he is elected as President, unopposed. This is the first time ever in history nobody filed nominations on the presidential seat even on nomination day against him. During his tenure as president he is the only president who organized a mega fest in cricket ground of the college with mega artists such as Maninder buttar and Karan Aujla, DJ night with India's no.1 djnyk, he introduced a digital platform for the students union to stay connected with students via an online platform. He raised his voice against online open-book examinations introduced by the University of Delhi by raising concerns of university students all over India.
