Hi MalcolmKincaid,
I'm not sure how you can claim that relevant, factual information is somehow vandalism. You're the person who continues to remove my edits for no apparent reason. Please explain how the facts listed are biased or attempt to harm the public image of the person. The information has citations to newspapers articles. No inflammatory language is used. I'm confident my edits meet Wikipedia's standards and further it's purpose. I would encourage you to "report" me and allow others to weigh in. Cheers! [edit]Thanks for uploading File:Robert Garcia Signature Official.png. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}}
(to release all rights), {{self|cc-by-sa-4.0}}
(to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

[edit]Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
Stop stop stop reverting and deleting content. Already mentioned at WP: AIV for this behaviour. You must stop. HurricaneTracker495 (talk) 20:15, 9 November 2020 (UTC)
Please be careful about what you say to people. Some remarks, such as your addition to User talk: Zoof91 can easily be misinterpreted, or viewed as harassment. Wikipedia is a supportive environment, where contributors should feel comfortable and safe while editing. Ok, you are in a content dispute. Please, stop reverting and start discussing. And don't post those messages. HurricaneTracker495 (talk) 20:18, 9 November 2020 (UTC)
Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, MalcolmKincaid. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 20:33, 9 November 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, such as at User talk: HurricaneTracker495, (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
Thank you. HurricaneTracker495 (talk) 22:41, 9 November 2020 (UTC)
Hello, I'm HurricaneTracker495. I noticed that you made a comment that didn't seem very civil, so it has been removed. Wikipedia is built on collaboration, so it's one of our core principles to interact with one another in a polite and respectful manner. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Please be a bit more careful. HurricaneTracker495 (talk) 19:46, 10 November 2020 (UTC)
Discussion participation
[edit]Hi MalcolmKincaid,
to prevent further edit-warring by both sides, please do not edit the article Robert Garcia (California politician) directly. Discussion at the article's talk page, or now Wikipedia:Dispute_resolution_noticeboard#Robert_Garcia_(California_politician)_discussion, seems to be a good idea.
Best regards,
~ ToBeFree (talk) 20:04, 11 November 2020 (UTC)
