[edit]My point? My point is you guys are a joke. People on the Railfan.net forum bring up legitimate and well founded suspicions regarding the ICF, only to be told not to express those opinions in the misguided view that criticism of the ICF on some obscure railfan Site may somehow bring about bad publicity, or bring about policy decisions which will negatively affect the railway. This is ludicrous. You guys need to get over yourselves. No one is poring over that site and using it's contents to determine anything.
The whole point of a Web board is the free flow of ideas and opinions. It's not there to serve as some circle jerk where everyone needs to get along and have the same opinions. I am not referring to posts which involve obvious libel, slander, or unsubstantiated rumours about public officials lining their pockets. I am referring to posts which bring up well reasoned and well founded suspicions regarding the lack of transparency and lack of initiative on the part of the ICF, only to have them dismissed as "vitriolic" by some clown who seems to have a love affair with the word,as it seems to be the only word in his vocabulary that can make him feel like some sort of intellectual...
