Dear Deli'nk,

I hope that you will receive my message because I am not used to the website!

We are contacting you in the name and on behalf of our client, the French company ISOCELL, in our quality of Trademark Attorneys.

He is the owner of a portfolio of trademarks GliSODin in numerous countries. We can send you a list of these trademarks if the sending of attachments is possible in the talk pages

Our client identified the Wikipedia page: https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Glisodin, created by a third-party which has no link with ISOCELL, one of its suppliers, distributors, or any person in relation with the company.

The use of the name GliSODin by a third-party, without specify that they are registered trademarks, is detrimental for our client because it gives the impression that GliSODin constitutes the generic name of the goods for which the trademarks are registered (nutritional supplements) and so, might devaluate them.

We understand your policy of non promotional use of the website but how to modify the page for avoiding the dilution of our client's trademark?

How can we indicate that it is a registered trademark and not a generic name?

I hope that you can provide us with precious comments and help in this case.

We thank you in advance.

Best regards

Information icon Hello, Mahyia. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:

  • avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your family, friends, school, company, club, or organization, as well as any competing companies' projects or products;
  • instead, you are encouraged to propose changes on the Talk pages of affected article(s) (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or to the website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Thank you. Deli nk (talk) 13:14, 3 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
