Proposed deletion of Shane Curran (computer scientist)
[edit]The article Shane Curran (computer scientist) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- High-school student. This is an impressive CV so far, but doesn't match the sustained notability criteria. I tend to feel it's best to have articles on smart kids after they've grown up and started a career, not when they're in high school.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Blythwood (talk) 02:56, 16 February 2017 (UTC)

COI
[edit]Your submission at Articles for Creation was declined, but you created Shane Curran (entrepreneur) anyway. You posted a COI notice on your userpage and then deleted it. What is your relationship with Shane Curran? This articles reads like a puff piece rather than an encyclopedic article. Natureium (talk) 17:01, 29 June 2018 (UTC)
