I moved your work back to your sandbox. You need to follow these instructions for merging your content into an existing article. You'll need to remove the link to the PVT1 page, unbold it (because the article title should only be bolded once in the article) and change "Prostate Cancer" to "prostate cancer" - only proper nouns are bolded in Wikipedia.
