Request reason:

I created an alternative account because I no longer like the username of my other account, on which I am blocked, and would rather have a clean slate on a new account where I will attempt to appeal my IP address block. I think it is rather unjust to indefinitely block this account when no wrongdoings have been committed on this account. Instead, I am taking steps to bring about reconciliation, remove the block/s and eventually re-involve myself productively in the Wikipedia community.
