[edit]

Here is a summary of my peer review!

- Only capitalize the first letter of each section title and proper nouns to stay in line with the Wikipedia norms

- For the “Mental health and faith at Angola” section, I would bring up the faith-based intervention sooner to distinguish this section from the section before it

- In the “21st century history” section, I would just make sure you clarify that COVID-19 testing is the testing you are referring to

- Maybe parent (if you aren’t already) to the Wikipedia articles “Mentally ill people in United States jails and prisons” and “Prison healthcare” where appropriate

- After you make the statement “Angola's testing protocol was extremely problematic given the makeup of the population,” I would just immediately add exactly why it was problematic. I.e., what were the exact testing measures given the demographic you mention next? This is just to back up your language here since obviously the testing methods are extremely problematic, but since problematic is a subjective term you might want to just immediately have evidence there so nobody gets mad about it.
