Removal of excessive content on Brucelliosis in Yellowstone Park Bison Herd article
[edit]@MaddieKeen24: – Maddison your willingness to contribute to Wikipedia is appreciated and I have no doubt that your scholarship on Brucellosis is fine although there are several factual errors and contradictions in the content added. The fact that you are being graded on this has no bearing on whether content remains in WP. Wikipedia is not a place to dump the content of term papers into WP articles. However, the article you’ve added your content to is an encyclopedic article on the Yellowstone Park Bison Herd not Brucelliosis. The volume of content you’ve added on the subject is far in excess of what is appropriate for the article. That’s what is was selectively edited down the first time. Much of what you’ve written may be appropriate for the Brucelliosis article, but it is not for the Yellowstone Park article.
I have reverted your additions, but have taken the liberty to salvage the content you added in a draft in your user space. User:MaddieKeen24/drafts/Brucelliosis. Feel free to direct your instructor there to evaluate your work. --Mike Cline (talk) 14:51, 30 April 2016 (UTC)
