Notice

The article Arianne Hartono has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:NTENNIS, WP:NCOLLATH and WP:GNG.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. IffyChat -- 10:40, 13 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, under WP:NCOLLATH it does mention "Have won multiple NCAA Division I national championships as an individual in an individual sport" whereas she's only got the one.
Also, do I respond here? On your talk page? How's that done? Maarsch (talk) 11:13, 13 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Responding here is fine, this is your talk page, where Wikipedia users can communicate with you directly. Further guidance on user and User talk pages can be found at WP:USER. If you have no objection to the proposed deletion above, then just leave the proposed deletion template alone, and the page will be deleted in a week's time. IffyChat -- 11:34, 13 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
OK, cheers. I've stored the plaintext locally for when she does win that 25k tournament required for Notability.
Different question, I've started work on https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Draft:Kevin_van_der_Kooi but am not sure whether he'd pass notability check. However, I can't really find requirements for an (e)sports-caster? Do you know where I can find that/where to ask that? Maarsch (talk) 12:41, 13 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
If there aren't any specific notability guidelines that you can refer to (like the ones for tennis players and college athletes), then the general guidelines that apply to every article (WP:GNG) is what you should refer to. IffyChat -- 12:56, 13 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Elizabeth Halbauer, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Charleston (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
