Please stop assuming ownership of articles as you did at All Saints Episcopal School (Tyler, Texas). Behavior such as this is regarded as disruptive, and is a violation of Wikipedia policy. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Your school does not dictate how things get capitalized here. The source used for the student-teacher ratio expresses it as a single number and that is clearly understandable. It's quite possible your school belongs to the local chamber of commerce too, but that does not belong here either. You have clearly stated you have a COI.
