The entry that you were a faculty member at UCLA and Cornell seems dubious since both institutions require a terminal degree (usually PhD) as a minimum qualification. Cornell certainly does not hire faculty with a brand new bachelors degree. There are many non-faculty teaching positions at both universities. Perhaps you were in one of those capacities. Some clarification and specificity would be appropriate.
