Turn again
[edit]Before you do any more work on Table of turn tunnels, I suggest you create the turn tunnel article so that we can know what the <expletive deleted> your list is about. — RHaworth (Talk | contribs) 07:41, 27 September 2008 (UTC)
- There will be links added as soon as the list is in a good shape (e.g. wikilinks). I've located already many articles which can be linked to this List Lord Koxinga (talk) 10:06, 27 September 2008 (UTC)
- Article is linked, false links from german wiki are chahged, article is ready for other users Lord Koxinga (talk) 18:06, 28 September 2008 (UTC)
Hi Lord Koxinga,
I apologize for the delay, but I was on vacation.
As far as I know, it is not possible to use in a wiki (English wikipedia) an image of another wiki (such as Deutsch wikipedia). You have to upload the image onto the site Commons. Then you can use the image from Commons on any wikipedia site.
The best way is to upload images always onto Commons. Exceptions : non free images, such as logos or (in some countries such as France) recent buildings.
I think that there is another turn tunnel in France, between Nice and Tende. I will look for. Best regards. --Tangopaso (talk) 20:35, 10 April 2011 (UTC)
- Hi Tangopaso
Thanks for the answer.
Since I'm not really sure about the copyright status of the pic I think it's better to wait until the pic is moved by some profs or bots. I'll definitely come back to the Ce 6/8 I sooner or later.
About Spiral tunnels and tunnels on a curved alignment, thanks for adding your items. Since I was the originator of that list I really have to do some work there to adjust the Liste_der_Kehrtunnel_(Eisenbahn)
But, maybe, you could start a French list ;-)
Best wishes -Lord Koxinga (talk) 17:00, 12 April 2011 (UTC)
