Organized Crime articles

[edit]

You seem to have issues with various organized crime related articles. I know absolutely nothing about this topic, but you seem to. Here are some general editing tips: if something is unsourced, like the names of who does what, simply remove them (of course make sure you explain why in your edit summary.) If someone sources a statement, but that source really doesn't support said statement or is altogether irrelevant then strip off the source from the statement. If a statement has nothing to back it up then remove it. If you do decide to remove anything which you might expect people to object to (and even if you don't to be safe), make sure you explain your reasoning on the article talk page and in the edit summary, that way editors won't mistakenly revert your edits. The best thing to do is to correct all the mistakes you see and add reliable sources to back up the real information. Since these articles seem to see little traffic on the talk pages, I suggest being bold and editing them. As for the articles you think are completely erroneous and you believe unsalvageable, if you can prove that they are using legit sources then propose them for deletion.
