Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Mortise lock. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. @LockMonster-1 You can still be unblocked, just go over the COI guidelines. Although the addition of "The hardest part is the main body that you have to cut out with a spade bit, be very careful not to drill off centre." to the article on Mortise lock wasn't promotional or block-worthy, you were adding a link to your own website, which violates several rules of WP:ELNO. I am not an administrator, but if you'd like you can fill out an unblock request. Be sure to read the conflict of interest guidelines and the guide to appealing blocks. Just saying "I'm sorry, it will not happen again" will not get you an unblock, you have to show you understand the rules around COI and advertising. 🇺🇲JayCubby✡ plz edit my user pg!
